Course Information

This course is designed for people who wish to start a career in the aesthetics industry but do not hold an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy. The course is structured to give you a solid and practical platform to advance into a career in injectable aesthetics. You will be advancing through each element with a patient centered approach which holds patient safety at the center of your practice. Course Includes: Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology - Guided online study followed by exam. Phlebotomy – This element is designed to give you a solid foundation in the management of needles, aseptic technique, sharps and sharps disposal, client, and personal safety in clinical settings. It also includes a practice element where you will learn to take blood. Useful if you would like to go on and offer treatments such as PRP in your clinic (further PRP training would be required). This course includes a workbook which should be completed prior to the course practical day. Intramuscular Vitamin Course Vitamin B12 B9 and B-Complex, Vitamin D and Vitamin C The student will be guided to explore essential vitamins and the role they play in the human body. What deficiency would look like, when to signpost a client to primary care and when is safe to treat. They would learn safe intramuscular injection technique, management of prescription only medicines, and disposal of sharps. Microneedling Micro needling or collagen induction therapy is a minimally invasive treatment that involves the use of a medical grade roller with fine needles on it that is worked over an area of skin to help stimulate the production of collagen.
